Large numbers of environmental factors are being looked at as well. These include chemicals, infectious agents, and various health problems in the parents. Autism may result from a combination of risk factors.”

Americans drink twice as much bottled water today as they did ten years ago. If you want the highest price for your house in the shortest amount of time, there are numerous things you should do before putting it on the market. Here are the top three:
1. De-clutter – Clutter makes a house look crowded and small. Remove excess knick-knacks and furniture so the rooms feel open and spacious.
2. Clean – Invest in a professional cleaning that includes baseboards, window sills, and ceiling fans. Buyers pay attention to the details and love to see fresh vacuum tracks on the carpet. Clean scents are important, but you don’t want a heavy artificial odor like some Plug-in products have. 3. Groom the Lawn – Attractive curb appeal is an absolute must. I have pulled up to a house with buyers who wouldn’t even go inside because the lawn was in such bad shape. Achieving SUSTAINABILITY
In the last year the Earth has taken major hits, i.e., the gulf oil spill, and the ongoing nuclear disaster in Japan. Whole sections of the environment are assaulted, giving most of us pause to focus on the cost to our planet.
